The Casitas at La Quinta Resort

100 recreational resort units in La Quinta, California.

As master plan engineer for the La Quinta Resort and Spa, MDS Consulting is providing entitlement processing, preliminary engineering, final engineering and surveying services for the development of 100 Casitas residential units on the grounds of the Resort.

While each of the Casitas units will be individually owned, the full services of the Resort and Hotel will be available to the owners, their guests or tenants. The challenge for MDS was to seamlessly integrate these units into the Resort grounds, infrastructure and operations.
