Gardenia and Sage Court Lofts

The attached portion of the Monrovia Nursery Specific Plan located in the City of Azusa. The project was prepared for the William Lyon Company. The project consists of 323 Townhomes, divided into two separate product types utilizing one common recreation center.

MDS Consulting's responsibilities included preliminary due diligence, preliminary engineering, entitlements/tentative maps, technical site plans, final civil engineering plans, water quality plans, processing through LA County and the City of Azusa, and construction staking.
