A development by William Lyon Homes, located in the City of Hawthorne. The project consists of 5 attached products (Stacked Flats, Row Towns, Urban Flats, Motor Courts, and Garden Courts), totaling 625 units.
Arboreta

A residential project developed and built by William Lyon Homes, located in the City of Glendora on the old Rainbird manufacturing site. The project consists of 53 single family detached homes, 87 townhomes, along with a recreation center and a series of private and public parks.
Santiago Street Lofts

A development by Lennar Communities, located in the City of Santa Ana redevelopment area. The development consists of 108 live/work units with each unit having a designated commercial space on the ground floor.
Edinger Townhomes

For John Laing Homes, located in the City of Santa Ana. The project consists of 42 Townhomes within a gated community, including a small recreation area.
Live Oak Village

For Lennar Communities, located in the City of Acadia, County of Los Angeles. The Project consists of 125 small lot detached homes, along with a Community Recreation Center.
Margarita Village

For Richmond American Homes, located in the City of Montclair, County of Los Angeles. The project consists of 57 single family detached homes.

Master Planned Residential

Columbus Grove

Developed by Lennar Communities, located in the City of Tustin on the Tustin Lighter than Air military facility. The project consists of 279 Single Family detached homes and 186 Multi-family units, incorporating six different product types. A community recreation center and a series of private and public parks are included within the development.
Walnut Hills

Developed by Standard Pacific of Orange County, located in the City of Walnut, County of Los Angeles. The project consists of 268 single-family detached homes on lots ranging from 8500sf to 11,000sf, incorporating three product types.
Heritage Lakes

A development by Standard Pacific Inland Empire Division and Woodside Homes, located Menifee, County of Riverside. The overall project (908 acres) consists of 2632 single family detached lots, 3.5 acre recreation center and clubhouse, a 15 acre commercial site, a 35 acre recreational lake, two school sites, four parks sites totaling 43.3 acres, and meandering open space throughout the site.
Heritage Trails

A master planned gated retirement community, being developed by Brookfield California Land Company. The overall project (364 Ac.) consists of 737 single-family detached homes and 123 attached townhome units. The project includes a clubhouse and recreation area, a series of interior lakes, and 166 acres of open space.
Gardenia and Sage Court Lofts

The attached portion of the Monrovia Nursery Specific Plan located in the City of Azusa. The project was prepared for the William Lyon Company. The project consists of 323 Townhomes, divided into two separate product types utilizing one common recreation center.
